Indian Premier League (IPL) have come to a halt and uncertainty due to the increase in positive cases of novel corona virus. The situation is turning blue for 2020 IPL and its economy.

To control the epidemic of the deadly virus, various parts of the country are in complete lockdown due to which cricketers and handlers of renowned franchises have become more active on social media. In this depressing situation, Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals were found to be engaged in banter on social media.

Delhi Capitals presented a session on Twitter in which fans were encouraged to ask questions to the admin.

In response, Rajasthan Royal asked Delhi Capitals which RR player you would adore to get in your team if there were a chance to do trade.

Delhi Capitals came up with a rapid response, replying they would love to get a specific all-rounder, but RR would decline their proposal. DC used a Ben Stokes reference in a reply.

For now, IPL 2020 might be postponed for later dates if the COVID-19 crisis worsens in the country. IPL has been deferred till the 15th of April which was planned to begin on the 29th of March.

According to resources, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is also considering a cut-down season more likely to be at the end of this year. Hopefully, the decision on the IPL match will be taken at the end of March. The IPL tournaments could even be terminated if the situation goes out of the hand.
