IPL 2020 news. The new Zealand pacer who just returned from Pakistan after Corona declared Pandemic all over the globe. He bid goodbye to PSL season 5, which was called off with only just knock out games left to be played on the shinning morning of 17 March. New Zealand’s left-arm pacer, who was playing PSL for Karachi Kings left the tournament because of the Covid-19 outbreak in the country.

He left the tournament with 15 other players, including 10 players of England cricket team and others were from Australia.

McClenaghan put himself in self-quarantine for 14 days as per the rules set by New Zealand’s government on return. The Q&A session was initiated by Mitch to kill the time in 14 days long quarantine period. During the Q&A session, one of his fans asked his favorite cricketer from CSK and 33 years old pacer replied, Habarjan Singh.

Actually, Harbajan and McClenaghan played for Mumbai Indians for quite a few years. And also won the Indian Premier League title three times. After that Harbajan Singh was released and bought by the Chennai Super Kings franchise holder.

The turbanator has picked 150 wickets in his IPL carrier and he is the third-highest wicket-taker in the thriving leagues after Lasith Malinga (170) and Amit Mishra (157).

Later he also answered a question of his fan who wanted to know “Who was his favorite player from Royal Challengers Banglore” but the 33 years old actually didn’t name any player from RCB, but he further asked if  Simon Katich could pass off as an answer. At present Simon is the head coach of the RCB franchise after the owners went in for an overhaul before this season.

On his Q&A thread, Star Sports India also tweeted and asked about his opinion on Aussies #SelectDugout. But again Mitchell seen in the mood and he replied epically. 

Later he got the sense that his fans would surely ask him about his favorite player from Mumbai Indians. Therefore the whole Q&A session with his fans got advancing as he already revealed that name of Rohit Sharma as his favorite player from MI.

In the 13th edition of Indian Premier League Mitchell McClenaghan is supposed to play for Mumbai Indians. But the IPL 2020 has been suspended till 15 April because of the Covid-19 coronavirus epidemic. But still, there is hope because the fate of IPL 2020 will be decided before April 10 over a conference call.
