Ind vs Eng 1st Test Day 2: England Dominance Continues

On the second day, England dominance continues as England team scored 555 with loss of 8 wickets. They are now on commanding position.

English captain made his double century. Today he also played all cricketing shots, Indian fielders were running all over the ground. In his blazing innings of 218, he hit 19 fours and 2 sixes. He completed his double century in style as he hit six on Ashwin’s bowling.

A new World Record During Ind vs Eng 1st Test Day 2

Joe Root also made a world record as he became the first man to score the double century in his 100th test match. He is currently in great form because, in his last two test matches, he made 228 and 178 against Sri Lanka, here also he carried his form. All cricket Fraternity are praising him as the best batsman in all formats for England.

Ben Strokes batting on Ind vs Eng 1st Test Day 2

Ben Strokes also made handsomely 82 runs on just 118 balls. Strokes and  Root did the 134 runs of partnership. When Strokes got out, then their team score was 387/4.

There is nothing so much in the pitch, but it shows the sign of spin and bounce as there were few deliveries those were spinning with the bounce. 

Indian bowlers total bowed 180 overs, and they all are so tired and frustrated. 

In short, the England whole team batted superbly, and they played good cricketing shots. They beautifully handled the Bumrah and Ashwin. 

Now real test to begin tomorrow for Indian batsman as they have to climb the mountain of runs to escape their team from the home defeat. If India loss this match then it would be humiliating defeat as recently they won the Australian series.

Indian team need a big knock from experienced players like Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Pujara and Rahane. The young guns those fired in Australia, have to show their hunger of runs here also.

 Tomorrow is very crucial for the Indian Team to save this test match. They have to play session per session with patience. Indian team need good opening partnership, Pujara must stick with the one end, Ajinkya Rahane must show his class, and Virat Kholi is smart enough to make a big score.

Moreover, it will be a great chance for Rishab Pant to take England blowers to show them the Chennai beaches. We all have to stay positive and give our best wishes to the Indian Team for tomorrow.
